1. Services

Outbound Co provides outbound sales services, lead generation, lead qualification, customer retention campaigns, and related consulting services. Services may be delivered remotely by our team of agents on a temporary or ongoing basis.

2. Engagement & Trial Periods

Clients may engage our services on a trial basis or via a custom engagement agreement.
Trial offers (e.g., 1-week dedicated agent) are time-limited and fixed-price, with deliverables agreed in advance.
All trial and full-service engagements will have clearly defined scope, targets, and outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate and legally obtained contact data for campaigns.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including GDPR, when sharing data.
Respond promptly to requests for approvals, feedback, or materials necessary for the delivery of services.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for services will be agreed in advance and may include fixed rates, hourly rates, or performance-based bonuses.
Payments are due as specified in invoices. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
Trial periods and packages are non-refundable once services are delivered.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business and client data confidential.
Outbound Co will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

6. Liability

Outbound Co strives to deliver results, but cannot guarantee specific revenue, leads, or conversions beyond agreed metrics.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, scripts, and resources provided by Outbound Co remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients may not copy, distribute, or use our materials outside the scope of engagement without permission.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to obligations for payment of services already rendered.
Outbound Co may terminate services immediately if the client provides false or illegal data or breaches these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Country: UK if registered in UK, Spain if registered there]. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that country.

10. Changes to Terms
